Air Booking & Planning Fees are non-refundable once a service agreement is signed by both parties, fee is paid, and service is rendered. Planning Fees  are to be paid upfront once the service agreement is signed and dated by both parties and according to the complexity  suppliers/vendors may differ depending upon the company & level of service; Any and all information in regards to their return policies will be disclosed and explained.
